Under these values \u200b\u200bit is not possible to obtain an acceptable product.<\/p>\n<p>Our long experience has allowed us to evaluate numerous forging cases, from small connectors of \u00bd\u201d up to large valves\/water meters of more than 2\u201d, in standard and lead-free brass grades.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>To reduce power when it is not needed and to maximize it when it is needed! This is the secret.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;27268&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>The forging process control system<\/h3>\n<p>The press control system learns (<strong>ADAPTIVE CYCLE<\/strong>) the trend of the forging cycle and regulates the pressure and the flow of the oil (<strong>REGENERATIVE CYCLE<\/strong>) in order to get as close as possible to the minimum forging force.
